Refund
Policy
Wholesale only, no
refunds. All sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective
product, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving the item. We
will then provide you with a return authorisation number (RA#). Upon
inspection of the item returned to xloop-uk.co.uk, should we find the item
to be defective, we will replace it at our sole option and at our
discretion.
